Last updated: June 29, 2026
No sale of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Mobile Information section below for details.
Protecting your information is a priority. This Privacy Policy applies to https://vinnienotvinny.com, the official website of Vincent Maniscalco (“Vinnie”), and explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is an artist website where you can sign up for release and tour updates by text or email. By using the site, you consent to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you sign up for updates, we collect your first name, mobile phone number, and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. If you contact us, we keep the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to operate and secure the site, including rate limiting and abuse or bot prevention.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- send you the updates you opted into, by SMS or email;
- operate, maintain, and secure the website;
- respond to your questions or requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, and only as needed for them to provide their service. They are required to keep your information confidential and may not use it for any other purpose. These providers include:
- Twilio, for sending SMS messages and verifying your phone number;
- Amazon SES, for delivering email;
- Cloudflare, for content delivery, security, and the Turnstile check that protects the signup form from bots;
- our hosting provider, for running the site and storing data.
We may also disclose information without notice if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that it is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies. In the private admin dashboard, a cookie keeps the signed-in session active. The bot-protection check on the signup form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may also set a cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you decline cookies, though some site features may not work as a result.
Security
We protect your information with measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic, hashing of sensitive credentials, and access controls. We strive to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Mobile Information
The mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data we collect through our signup form will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) as necessary to operate the SMS program you’ve explicitly opted into.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. If you opt out of our SMS program by replying STOP, your phone number and opt-in records will be retained only for compliance and audit purposes, and you will not receive further marketing SMS from us.
Email Communications
From time to time we may contact you by email with announcements, alerts, or confirmations. You can stop receiving marketing or promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Children Under Thirteen
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Your Right to Deletion
On receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to delete it from theirs. We may be unable to fully comply where we need to retain information to: provide a service you requested; detect or prevent security incidents, fraud, or illegal activity; debug and repair errors; or comply with a legal obligation. To make a request, email info@vinnienotvinny.com.
Data Storage
We store data on infrastructure operated by third-party hosting providers with whom we have a contract.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note significant changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
